3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bng88 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• No more than one bonus applies at a time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• bng88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Misuse of the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.

3.4 VIP Cashback

Regular players in bng88's five-tier VIP program receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. Cashback is credited directly to the account and has no separate wagering requirement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bng88 currently accepts three Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for any method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Verification

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or internet disconnection, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Bet Validity

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event or bet, bng88's decision will be considered final. If there is an obvious error in the odds or outcome calculation, bng88 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.3 Casino Game Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
